Cool! Now I can renew the book I was just reading right after the initial shock of remembering that it's due in four hours! Yeah! Also, the barcode feature is really cool. I just wish it was more easily accessible!

Says available and its not Few months ago ran into the issue of it saying its available. I get there and they have no clue where my games are. Stopped going. Recieved a random email basically sayimg havent seen u here in a while. So i hold 3 titles I was interested in... One they say they sent to someone else who put it in hold (except I put it on hold when available) and the other 2 are nowhere to be found still. 3 hours later i check... Says available. This is why I stopped going. Library card may be free but my truck fuel is not

Frustrating Not very intuitive, sign in option should not be hidden in a sub menu. Takes too long to load and refresh. The iOs app is seamless, Android can't compare.

Very slow or doesn't work When I try to use this app either it is so slow that I usually give up, or it doesn't even show any information at all! So frustrating as I know that this app for Apple devices works extremely well. No excuse for why it can't work well for Android.

Rarely helpful. App will permit me to log in and hold items for pickup, but will NOT let me access the list of items out on loan OR renew anything. If I have to use my mobile browser for that, what's the point? Great library system poorly represented by a terrible app.

This app has always been terrible and never seems to get better 50% of the time I am unable to see any details about my account. The other 50% it works but loads incredibly slowly. Please get someone else to make the EPL app.

It gets worse now Slow, and show incorrect data, be careful if you want to use the app to renew your items, should do it from Epl website instead. For sure the developer introduced the bugs is to blame, as no such problems before

Gets the job done as a basic library account manager, but it won't help you find new books to read Would benefit from a recommendation system to help the user find books they might like. Also, when viewing details about a book it would be nice to be able to touch the author name to see more books from that author. The search bar seems to struggle with finding author names as well. For example, I typed in "Brian Lee O'Malley" and "O'Malley, Brian Lee" and neither turned up any results. Discoverability issues aside, the app looks and runs very nice with an intuitive interface and menus that load quickly.

Not impressed It's incredibly slow and doesn't ever load half the time. It's easier and quicker to just go to epl's website through the browser on my phone and do everything through that.

Won't Show Account Anymore The app was working fine, and would have gotten 4 stars, but has suddenly stopped showing my account information. I can't see my holds, my currently borrowed books, anything! All I can do is put holds on and do searches. At least I can still use my barcode. I would very much like to see my full functionality returned, as it seems like a waste of an app if all I can do is put on holds, without being able to check the status of anything. I have already tried removing the app and reinstalling it, but no go.

I love how I can manage my holds, my bookings, and my lists from my phone. Somehow the app is really slow though - even when reloading the holds page, it seems as if all data is being pulled again from the servers even though nothing has changed. This causes extremely long load times.

No options Doesn't give me any options to view my account, holds, due dates, nothing. Basically just able to search and put holds on items. Kind of useless.

It's very much just OK. Very slow in general (switching areas, pulling up my borrowing or my shelves, etc.) and very few refining options. It's great to have when you're not around a PC, but it could definitely use improvement.

Having issues with the new update I have always loved this app. I use it for tracking my holds and books I want to read and checked out books. But resently the lists won't be in order and it won't even show all of the books I have out. And it takes a very long time to load. Please fix.

Garbage Does not work. Can't access my account or conduct searches. Might as well use the actual website. Don't waste your time if you have a Galaxy S4, not sure how the other android phones are faring.

Doesn't work on a Nexus 4 Unfortunately, the buttons on the bottom don't show up on my Nexus 4, as reported in the review "Not compatible with my Samsung Tablet". All I can see are "Recent Reviews", "Recent Arrivals", "Just ordered" and "Globe and Mail Bestsellers".

Only crashes or won't open Most of the time the app just crashes when trying to look at an item's full record which isn't helpful at all. Other times I can't even access my account as I'm told I have the "wrong username/PIN combination" which makes no sense as I use the "remember me" feature (it should be noted that this also occurs with the browser site as well). Or if I am able to log in, it won't show any of my items (checked out, on hold, etc)... so really the app is just more trouble than it's worth.

No Stars for this one I loaded this for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and no joy was to be had. Nice lists of books but no way to check my account, search, order, hold, etc. NO functionality at all. Sigh. Too bad. I had such high hopes.
