Works great so far! Has everything you need. It would be nice if it had your hold number easily viewable though. I can't give it 5 stars though because it doesn't work on rooted devices. The app says it's "not compatible" because "your device has been compromised" and suggests using another device instead. Come on guys, all social media and even most banking apps don't block rooted devices. It's easy to bypass this if you know what you're doing anyways. Why do this though??

Was skeptical of getting another app for something but it's honestly banger app. Super convenient, and works just like you would expect. I love my local library, keep up the good work.

Nice Smooth Experience, I live on the Border of Anoka & Hennepin Counties, live in Anoka Co., Work in Hennepin Co., so I use both Systems and Apps, will Say the HCL App is MILES Ahead of the ACL App in Ease-of-Use & Utility...I texted a Number, and they Got my ACL Card Registered in their System, so I can Go to the Johnson Branch ACL, or the Champlain Branch HCL Both - Woman Was Very Nice & Professional, a Well-Deserved 5⭐s
