Recently, each time when I launch the game, it always says network connectivity issues, and I have to reconnect 5+ times to get into my account. The game hasn't been updated for about 1/2 already. I wonder if that has something to do with this issue. Update: Because of this network issue, I didn't log on for a few days. Now my clan got disbanded... I'm uninstalling this game.

I'm v15 player (5yrs playing) Please don't waste time and money. Previously agent are helpful and kind. Now days if facing any issue when playing this game ..they reply your ticket slow ...not trying to help at all..very disappointed) and this make me immediate delete game ....for new player - don't waste time, for old player - all the best

Dishonest game where game admin admits they made a mistake reflecting the rewards after showing screenshot yet refused to compensate which leads to me unable to claim my rewards. clearly indicated after i recharged as 4x payable but only gave me 3x and denies paying back the difference blaming on consumer on their own mistake. be careful on this game.
