The app is very glitchy. Wait times can take 20 minutes or more. The app will say the car has arrived but the map shows it far away. Often I have to wait for multiple drivers. With my credit card saved, the app assigns a set price. 50% of the drivers complain, say the fare is not enough, etc. Then they claim they don't know how to process the ride so I pay again. They ask to run my card on Square. Sometimes I'm charged twice. Plusses are prices and the drivers usually know SF.
I don't enjoy waiting for the taxi that accepted my request to never show up or linger in an area for some reason and then i get a notice stating the ride was complete. There should be a function to chat with the driver to see there location. This app is so basic that there's no option to add a paratransit form of payment. Please make the app more functional and add necessary tools to make it more a3ccessible to your customers.

Sometines it works ok but they need to fix some things. There is no way to challenge a fare or request a review through the app and the receipts arrive from a "noreply@" email address. That means when your taxi never arrives (which has happened seceral times since i downloaded it) and yet you are charged the base fare, you have to call, as i did, numerous times, wait on hold for 20 minutes each time and be disconnected randomly, yet nobody can or even knows how to reverse a charge.
