Thought Edge of Reality would be something I would have loved playing. The graphics are great and it had a promising beginning but before long I started getting bored and wanted it finished. There are many slow (loading) transitions from one location to another and the puzzles were way too simple...like connect the dots too simple, whereas other games I have played although easy, the creativity/ interaction were there. Geared more for the young, not so much for "the young at heart".
All around Great game! Good story line, tricky puzzles, fun hop's, long game play and good length bonus chapter. I'm not usually into mystical games but really enjoyed it. I play a lot of these and it took me a couple of nights to finish. Well worth the $2.99. Hope there's a sequel.
Holy Lord of the Ring! Just began the game but looks like we have a winner this week. Delightful canine helper, items to find (dragons to start) and there is a tab on the left to see if you've got them. Lost a star because I prefer tap and drop to dragging. Will update if I encounter problems.
All i can say is WoW!!! Truly a beautiful game. Everything i love about hidden object adventures is in this game. Stunning artwork, great games, and a cute story. One thing i want to add is there are more than one collectable dragon in each scene...well so far, I'm only half way through. I like to try and get every collectable so i thought you all might enjoy that tip. I hope this is a sign of Big Fish games to come!! Enjoy...Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!! (Hey Melissa, thanks for your great and thorough review as always.)
I tried it based on Melissa Gury's eval, and wasn't quite sure it was going to be exciting enough by the end of the trial part. But it was on sale, so I purchased it. Glad I did! Like Melissa, I like to take my time, observe, hunt hidden things first (in this case, the 2 young dragons, which is not easy to find at times). This allows me to become immersed fully in the game. I love the detail, such as the birds flying around the young ogre. The games are varied well, and truthfully, I love the ways of charging things with the ring. This story reminds me just a bit of the Lord of the ring stories, yet very different. So far it is consistent that if Melissa Gury recommends the game, then it is worth purchasing the game. Thanks Melissa! Wish you dealt with Facebook so I could see more recommendations...
Another good game from 4 Friend Games. Lots of locations, puzzles, collectibles, adorable sidekick. One star down due to at times incomprehensible puzzle instructions and odd story jumps. The mechanics of the game, as well as, design are great, so am looking forward to the next game in the series.
