I liked it One of the few BigFish games I didn't already have on PC. It lends itself well to touchscreen, scenes are colourful and well thought out, music is nice - each place has its own theme. No nasty stuff, like skulls and ghosts etc. Minigames were fun, although a bit repetitive, and sometimes it was hard to get tap to work - good there was no multitap penalty! Definitely would get the second part as well.
Buggy This is a slightly different take on a hidden object game and would actually be fun if it wasn't so problematic. I'm stuck because although I can see the object to pick up, the app won't let me. I've already had to restart the game two other times when it got stuck in different places. Also on some of the mini games, the controls won't work, they act like they are waiting for a mouse click. I've running about 50% lately on Big Fish games working on my Acer Iconia tab. Very disappointing.
Poor game! I have to say that I'm thoroughly unimpressed with this game. I am a Big Fish subscriber and I also play your games on Android, and the quality is usually of a much higher standard. This is riddled with bugs and is very repetitive in nature, and as a result it is far from engaging. ... to the point where I have uninstalled it! Please spend more time on your lengthy and challenging adventure games that we all know and love, and not on gap fillers. I'd much rather wait for a decent game!!
Great! So far this is a great and innovative game. It's nice to play a good H/O without ghouls and blood and death and insane asylums. I'm still not sure if these are the good guys or the bad guys tempting my character into time travel...but TIME will tell! (Oh, and God forbid we should learn something)! [Mini-games still glitchie, but I'm sure they'll work it out].
Edge of the seat excitement, mind bending puzzles and multiple endings! Playing the game you're always wondering if your next move will be your last. This is due to the game repeatedly locking a location because it thinks you've finished when you haven't, keeping you from competing necessary tasks. Because it happens randomly, you never know if you're at the end or not. See, multiple endings, planned or not! It would be nice to see a little more variety in the puzzles. One type, the "Mastermind" flavor (guess the sequence of colors), is truly diabolical. The green pegs are supposed to mean you guessed the color and location correctly, red is right color wrong location, black means that color isn't in the sequence. In practice, red can mean just about anything. I played and had the game tell me five different colors were correct, to fit in four spots. Yeah...no. Two stars for a decent story, graphics, and intent. Maybe Big Fish can take the couple bucks I paid and get real play testers next time. If not I'll save my money for a couple therapy sessions to stop me from buying their games.
Not bad.. I like the adventure games better, as well. This is not my favorite kind of casual game but it will do in a pinch. I like the fact that Big Fish game Devs are trying out different kinds of play. This keeps the games fresh and not filled with boring repitition. I also am a member of the BF game club and I buy all the casual adventure games for Android. I was a BF Unlimited customer also and use other sites to purchase my games. I believe there are many people like myself who are searching for adventure games to buy and cannot find enough for Android. Someone needs to fill the gap and make a fortune.. :-)
