UPDATE: THEY FIXED THE ADS, they no longer pop up at random times anymore!!! it's back to how it used to be and I can finally play again!! it's the most calming relaxing satisfying merge game. So glad to have it back to the way it was before 💛 (there's still ads but you only watch them as an option to get extra energy or other things now. they are no longer intrusive)

this game is fun, kind of mindless if you want but strategic at the same time. it's fun sorting and managing limited space and energy. You can do a lot free but you'll never come close on the seasonal events. ever. The main problem is it has had the same bad bugs for literally years. ads aren't bad at all, except that they occasionally lock up the entire game, requiring a kill and restart. sometimes, inexplicably, one of the "orders" just won't let you order without restarting the game.

Game is great, customer service... Not so much. I've played this games for years. Spent a lot of time and some money on it. The graphics are beautiful, I love the different islands. It's easy to play and get lost in. However after years of playing I had an issue with rubies being properly given to me. When I contacted support they were not only not helpful, I felt like they were rude. 5 star game, 2 star service.
