Great story! Teleportation map, chest and bottle collectible, morphing collectible within hidden object game themselves. Great mix of both mini-games and HOGs. Good length with main game and bonus game. My problem was the wait between scenes. Severe lag so I had to wait so long to get from location to location it took away from the game and the story. I ended up skipping games just to get it over with which stinks. I did get it on sale so that's a plus.
On the heir game my game stops in the middle n i cant go on. Uninstalled twice n it keeps happening. Could i have a refund please want to but 2 sea of lies games but wont untill i get a refund on a game i cant play. All other ganes work well. Refund for the heir please.
Mini games are a challenge. Hog are frequent but are not so hard you have to use hints, a plus. The name of the hidden objects were colored well and large enough to read. The big negative of the game is the severe lag time between screens. If this problem was resolved I would rate this game a 5.
I got a bit bored with all the going back and forth and the lag between scenes seemed to get longer as the game went on. As always the graphics were superb. Glad that I only paid the introductory price. Not one I'll be playing again.
As per norm, the graphics by EIPIX are superior. This game is not up to their usual quality, however. The scene changes have seriously bad lag times . The question & answer scenes don't allow the player to read the answers. Those bugs make the game, for me, unenjoyable. There are more & I'll post them when I find them. Later... something very interesting happened. When I searched for my review, it didn't show-up. Hmm... The only way that I could access it, was to locate my original post.
Melissa Gury's review is spot on! I really like this game! Yes, at the end, at the last half dozen tasks there is a small bit of lagging, but it would reduce my review to maybe a 4.5 at worst. Yes, it is another pirate story (yawn for some, but one begins the game knowing it is a pirate story) but to me it is still taking a nicely different approach (abet a combination of Disney and a feminine Jack Sparrow story). I love the morphing bottles, but it's hard to see the changes in the bottle signal. Please make a more significant difference in the success and absence of finding the bottles. I like the many varied games, including the HOGs and trying to figure out what I'm supposed to look for based on 2 symbols on each tag in the HOGs... I really do like this, and very few games do this pictionary type of game. Nice and long, well worth the money I paid. I'm at the very end and hope there is a bonus game, also hope this will tell me where I may have missed the morphing bottles. Please make more games of this caliber.
