This app works awfully. You're supposed to be "able to book 4 days in advance", right? So let's say on a Monday at 01:01pm I want to book an appointment for Friday at 1pm, meaning the slots opened 1 minute ago and guess what? IT SAYS IT'S FULL. I kept trying and trying. Every single time it's all full. Big Gym, you're gonna have to step up your IT game. A suggestion from an IT professional: display on the screen how many slots are available out of how many slots in total. It's just a label.

The app is useless. Please, can you f*** add the option to see the available slots when we are in reservering page? We don't have any f*** information in advance per day and hour, and we have to f**** do a trial an error and always we got a message saying this slot is full.

This app is terrible! Please update it! You should see when there are available time slots without having to click on each date/time to see if it will be available or not. It wastes a lot of time!! Needs to be more user friendly!!
