Sleepio is an online sleep improvement program proven to help you clear your mind, get better sleep, and have better days.

Sleepio isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It incorporates your unique needs to create a personalized six-week program that you complete at your own pace. Each session builds on the last, guiding you step-by-step through methods proven to help you quiet your racing mind, reshape your behaviors, and get better sleep — all in about 20 minutes per week.

The program uses cognitive behavioral techniques that are backed by decades of clinical research, and has undergone more testing than some of the most common sleep medications. In 12 randomized controlled trials with over 13,000 people, Sleepio was proven to help participants fall asleep 54% faster, spend 62% less time awake at night, and have 45% better functioning the next day. The app has no visible way to submit entries for the sleep diary. I've just downloaded this last night, and all there is is a completely inaccurate automated submission for my sleep diary and no way to fix it. There are millions of apps you can use if you want something that just makes stuff up and drains your battery. No point using this one right now until they add more features.

Hello Sarah - To submit Sleep Diary entries, tap on the tab labeled Sleep Diary and then tap the date you'd like to enter. This can be done daily and older entries can be edited in the same way. For help with the program please write to support@sleepio.com and we'd be happy to assist.

It's a great app, and extremely helpful! I've had issues sleeping at night for over 30 years, having seen several doctors about the issue, no one was able to help with the insomnia. My schedule is completely off right now but I fall asleep almost immediately when I do lay down now. The only thing is, the app doesn't allow me to put in time that it doesn't believe are accurate so I can't get the full benefits, as far as it calculating my actual sleep and lack there of. Otherwise 5 starts for sure

Unable to sync my Fitbit acct. I thought this would work out great being able to sync that but after trying repeatedly, it will not sync. I can sign in but it just takes me back to the sleep diary and nothing appears to happen. Manually entering my sleep accurately is impossible comparing it to everything my Fitbit catches between awake, light, rem, and deep sleep. I'll just stick with Fitbit for now.
