Disappointing results. Maybe it's just not the type of algorithm I was looking for. It did not generate any detail back in the photo. I was expecting for it to at least recognize fur in a picture of my cat, and give it back its texture. This algorithm is more like "preserve details 2.0" found in Photoshop.

This is a pretty good upscaling photo/artwork app. Its great for anime pictures and artworks but I use this app for upscaling photos from Whatsapp to rescale to the original quality as much as possible. 4x upscaling is enough for me, its a balance between quality and storage consumption. Only issue is that monthly limit thingy, I dont mind watching an ad for something that is useful like this. 3.5/5, Cool app with annoying restrictions.

You clearly state that free users can upload a max of 5mb per image, yet uploading a photo of 1.5mb, I get 'over size' both in the app and on the website. Anyway, simply increasing the magnification of the original image gives the same effect as upscaling, meaning that there is no improvement in quality unless using NR.
