From a company perspective Best cheapest electronic log system to institute for your company. You can track your drivers, message them, and make sure they are compliant. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of two weaknesses. One is you need Internet to log in, that can be a problem at times when your out in the middle of nowhere, (but you don't run into this as much as you might think). The second bigger flaw is that you cannot count on it to accurately account for your IFTA miles because of various reasons.
Big Roads Awesome app. Only app that allows drivers, w/in their own fleet, to send alerts to every driver, for example, accident closures, lane closures, objects laying in the road. Awesome app, love it. MY employer HATES that I use it. Whaaaa!
The perfect tool This has been a Godsend. After driving for a co that used electronic logs, and being relegated to paper for the last few years, I've hated writing. Since I began using this year, life is a snap, crackle & pop!
Bad battery drain Because it keep pinging your GPS location even when off duty and not being used. Due to this it is draining your battery life by a significant amount by continously pinging your location in the background. Besides the bad battery drain this app is really awesome. (8/19/16)
Really easy to use This is by far one oof the easiest electronic logs phone apps I have used. With auto switching changing from driving to not driving is simple.
Love it Keep it updated at all times and never have to worry about being compliant, i would definitely suggest the dash link for those who travel through Missouri, otherwise you'll have to have a printer in the truck and make sure you have the last seven days printed before you cross the scale Missouri or they will shut you down for 10 hours
Landscape mode is back!
Good news for our free users - you can now easily store and manage all your logs online past 14 days. Never lose access to your logs!
If you haven’t done so, you’ll be asked to create an account using your email address and a password you choose. Your account can then be used to sign into BigRoad and view your logs and DVIRs from any mobile device or web browser.
If you switch phones, simply log into BigRoad on your new phone, and pick up where you left off!
The app to record your supervised driving as a learner driver and submit to TMR
