I have already paid amount in full took the membership and now after payment nobody is responding, the time for appointment was 2 pm , it's 3 and i have not been informed about who will be coming. On calling the service number nobody is picking up. Even cut my call. Sent numerous messages by chat too. Worst online salon service. Don't know how their tag line is most trusted at home salon. Really horrible. Still waiting.
Once appointed is booked, please pickup the dame phone, as I was calling Mr. Jeet for multiple times, the number mentioned your SMS... Nobody picked up as well. These are young girls on service... there can be a hugh risk for these girls when they are on call service.. So please pickup the phone when any client calls. Otherwise you will loose the market.... Thank you.
Anita Yedge was brilliant in her work. She gave a satisfying service. While others before Anita didn't use the steps properly. Only one thing was annoying that is team big stylist kept on calling her frequently. They called her 5 times during the service. If they have given her time slot then they must be knowing how much time is required. Please stop doing that , as it is very irritating during the service.
I booked a service for sunday as we all working women only get time on sundays. Its booked successfully then i got call from them and asked me if i can allow them to come on monday or some other day. What a pathetic experience i got. They said our butician is not available. If no one is available then y u people giving option to book a service on sunday. Learn some customer experience lessons first. Even they didn't returned my 100 bucks which was used while booking. It was credited on installing app.
Useless service. Booked an appointment this Sunday afternoon. They did not confirm the appointment, even after calling customer care repeatedly. After some time customer care stopped taking calls. Finally had to cancel the order, they did not have the courtesy to even apologize for this. Highly untrained customer care with pathetic and unprofessional service. You guys should try to improve first or just shut down. @People: go for urbanclap, they are way better and highly professional and trained.
leenA Thorat provided a very painful service. She hurtrd me badly while waxing. Spoiled my eyebrows and told ki "adjust kar lo main kuch nahi kar Sakti" I think bigstylist should hire professional beautician who knows basic of customer service and it's consequences as it affects brand value. Will never use bigstylist again if it does not give refund for such painful service. There was lot more about the worst experience however for now I must say it was worst service I have ever come across I would rather recommend athomediva they have good beautician who are professional enough. Pls don't send such illiterate people and waste our time n money.
