HSSK application is a medical platform that integrates the Health Records of the Ministry of Health and is developed by Vietsens Technology Group - a special award-winning unit with a digital transformation solution for medical agencies and units in the Competition. Competition "Second Smart Health - 2020" organized by the Ministry of Health. Health records are built as a bridge between patients, doctors and hospitals, supporting monitoring, consulting and medical registration to help patients be more proactive with a simplified, convenient and fast process.
Each citizen will be integrated with an electronic health record, making it easier for doctors and nurses to monitor, diagnose and treat more accurately.

sadly, this seems to be useless for foreigners. I speak a decent amount of Vietnamese but I cannot get app to agree with my reading of numbers provided, at stage following entry of all my personal details. when my reading of provided numbers is not understood by app, the only choice then given is to "end" and start the whole process again. five attempts so far... :(
