The game is great as a whole, but it crashes so, so much. Even when I have it on 'low' graphics, and no matter what phone I use it on (I've tried four). I can physically tell just by how hot my phone is AND just visually looking at the game when it's going to crash, as the framerate plummets (the game is choppy regardless, at least in menus).

I've been playing this game since its launch and just like someone else said, it is true gatcha is bad, and there is little to no amount of rewards given as you progress further. I'm disappointed with customer services too, they just give automated responses to feedbacks/suggestions as if they don't bother with it (feels pretty dismissive). I didn't receive a reward via mail, yet they kept on repeating like a robot that it's been claimed and even closed the conversation off which felt rude.

Graphics for this game are impressive, but that's pretty much it. This game is very pay to play/win. The prices on the packages are extremely high($30+) and you only get 2 rolls. Even if you purchase cube packages, the drop rates are extremely low. Not mention you often get more recollection bits than characters. Gameplay is decent enough, but could do with better campaigns.
