Update 05/24/17. No change. Database is corrupted constantly. Changes are not saved. CEO of Billguard begged me via email to try again under the new brand. Exported my data to try to salvage. At least the prior CEO responded. This group can't even answer support emails. Seems like the problems of Billguard follow. Just like taking an old van, painting it and putting a new hood ornament on it, still the same old van leaking oil. Update 06/30/2016 still cannot reset password. Support clueless.
This app was fantastic until April 8th. For some reason after that date it will not sync with my bank account. A years worth of budgeting and set up completely wasted since it doesn't work anymore!
I used this app before for one year. I purchased the subscription to get my credit score and monitoring. I really enjoyed the app. It really helped because the breakdown of how you spend your money can wake you up. I found I ate out way too much. I'm not even a bad cook. After moving away from the app for a year I think it's time to go back. Simple and easy to use. The only complaint is that all of my credit cards could not be added. However, I don't use the one I couldn't add.
Update: 05-28: The app has been broken for 2 weeks. Can't connect to my card via RBC Canada. It prompts me to reconnect, only to say that the servers are busy. Love this app - only complaints are that there is no option to set a default currency or change currencies for individual transactions. Overall a great app! It calculates monthly & doesn't let you customize a billing cycle which is a hassle.
Well I couldn't even login and I just downloaded it, I don't even know if I created a profile it just said I did but I didn't even finish the process. Now I can't do anything.
The app basically works but if you have a negative (overdrawn) balance on your account, it will show as a positive amount.
Minor bug fixes and improvements.
