The original app worked fine. So, obviously - they had to 'fix' it. This version is buggy as hell. The shopping list feature freezes constantly - especially when you're removing items. Visually, with few exceptions, the items on your list appear as line art - not the color images from the weekly ad. And, with no additional info. The weekly ad changed from the print ad layout to a collection of boxes. Adding an item to your list will often freeze the app here too. The Publix app works better.

On phone or tablet, the app is horrible to navigate. I can only view coupons or deals. I cannot virtually shop an aisle like most other grocery apps. The my rewards bar at the bottom takes up too much room & can't be minimized. I'm not a fan having to be a "member" for deals that are mostly store brands instead of preferred national brands. I was hoping to find a better (safer) shopping experience it I may as well go back to Publix for a better deal (just hope I don't get shot).

The app is proving frustrating with its constant crashing. I have no idea what "improvements" y'all are doing, but I hate the way I have to view the weekly ad. I can't look at the print ad because it won't zoom. And when I look at the ad the other way, it crashes and goes back to my home screen. Thanks for fixing the coupon issues. Now work on the ease of use of the app!

What’s new

This mobile app release includes stability improvements and general enhancements to the Rewards experience. Users will also experience improved navigation between promotional content and related pages, along with more consistent loading behavior when accessing coupons from the home screen.
