**update** I was finally able to get it to pair and sync. I had to reset my old phone to factory settings and it then paired to my new phone*** I like the machine. Unfortunately the ap doesn't let you change to a new phone. It starts pairing, twice, then states incorrect pin but gives you no option to put a pin to pair. I like the convenience, but it's useless if won't let you delete your old phone and apply this to a new phone. This needs to be fixed

Worked fine on my previous phone (Android 10), Bluetooth pairing worked great, and the app was very useful. However, I recently got a new phone (Android 14), and cannot pair the app with my meter. Bluetooth is enabled, the phone can see the meter and accepts the connection. The meter says, "connecting", but gives me an "unable to connect" message. The meter shows "Blu" and Pair" on the screen - no dashes. *Update* The meter's button must be pressed during the pairing process. Thanks BIONIME!

Overall good app but need ability to add or/and switch profile (or at least delete a reading from profile). Otherwise it wont be much use since cannot use device to monitor more than one person at a time. To make it worse, the device will lock pair to only one phone/number/profile. Cannot pair to another phone with different profile (i.e borrow). Luckly you do not need the app to get a reading. So, for me (that use blood glucose monitor on more than one person), this app is very much useless.
