About this app

The mobile application "Biopassport" allows in a convenient form:
- fill out an application for the exchange / receipt of a new generation passport;
- subscribe to the notification of the readiness of the passport;
- get a list of available consular offices abroad;
- view contacts, opening hours and other important information about the consular post.

Ratings and reviews

Perhaps the app was updated in 2022 and it works just fine. I was utilizing an 8" tablet and the app is somewhat intuitive now - lets you know there are mistakes and gives clues on how to fix them. For its purpose - this app is good. I'm sure further development will be in place to develop additional features.

First, it is impossible to print or export the application to a pdf, which makes it totally useless as it is a requirement. Second, there is no way to change the department for an application. A user has to redo everything from scratch once he realizes that ny consulate does not accept russian citizens to renew their passports.

I cannot even choose the country/city to start my application. Those fields are grayed out, no drop down lists, no possibility to write anything upd. it's been fixed, now the selection works
