Very finicky app, not user friendly to pair and transfer data. Very frustrating to deal with. It took weeks of trying to transmit INR data, calling customer service, getting instructions, trying to pair phone with app. You have to hold your breath, cross your fingers, pray, then keep trying, pair, unpair, delete data, restart app, then you may get lucky.

Fairly reliable but is lacking the ability to actually record INR values without having to actually go to the meter itself.

Have to try transfer a couple times before it'll transfer. This started after I had the tech help me do the update. NEVER had a problem with the old version ( used that one for over two years). Fix it please!
