Ratings and reviews

The camera has decent resolution and is fun to watch, that's about it. I don't think any of the AI features really work. Most of the time, the birds identified are way outside the location of the feeder (European species and I'm in Illinois). Usability of the app isn't great either, it's hard to get to the latest recording and is just frustrating to use. the squirrel siren doesn't work at all, usually tells me it is a bird (and the AI identifies it as a blue footed booby, LOL)

I like the app, when I want to see the birds. The quality of the pictures and video is pretty good. What I hate, and why the low rating, is that it's waaaaay too difficult to get the pictures onto your phone or computer--I don't know if you're trying to drive people to pay for the cloud service or what, but having to go through two different menus to properly download a picture, and not having a way to batch download, is pretty awful.

The device itself it really cool! However, the app is not great at all. I've been having trouble keeping a charge, and I asked for help and I was told to email a random email, and I never got a reply. I've prompted them several times, and nothing. That's not my only problem. Two days ago, the AI stopped identifying birds. Can anyone help me?? I will give more stars if I get assistance.
