My order was delayed for 5 minutes. I contacted the rider and he started making excuses that I have to go somewhere for a battery swipe I will deliver your order. I contacted him after 15 minutes He seemed to be drunk and not answering properly. I contacted the store and spoke to Urooj. He said I am helpless as the order was picked up from the store on time. Even after 30 minutes was not delivered to me. Then I got a notification that the order is delivered even though my order was delivered

Even after reading the negative review. Thought to try the App. It's around 2 hours. Still, no update. Not able to communicate with any customer support.

worst app....there is outlet just few meters away from me and whenever I'm opting for delivery it's showing no store nearby
