Created my account, added my vehicle but when I viewed the registration it was incorrect. Expiration date: 05/31/202 (correct year is 2022). Waste of time and effort to figure out how to print it only to realize it's WRONG. I updated my rating from 1 🌟 to 4 🌟. Shortly thereafter I received an email from the developer asking for more information so that they could correct the error. The error was fixed in less than 12 hours! This is the 1st time I've received an email regarding my issues.

Karen, I do apologize you are having trouble using the app. We would like to look into the issue where it is showing the date incorrect on the registration. Please email onlineservices@bisonline.com with your license number, title number and county in TN that your car is registered in they will be able to help you.

In my experience, it does not work. I created a login, then attempted to add a vehicle by entering my plate and title number. I attempted upper case, lower case, no spaces, with spaces, and verified the accuracy of my entry many times. Unfortunately, all attempts resulted in the response ERROR "Vehicle information not found." As a consequence, there is no function.

Trying to create a new account to use it but it keeps telling it cannot validate credentials. Used 2 different email accounts and changed password complexity, no difference. Maybe it's great after you get an account but it's not very useful at the moment. Edit.. Moved up to a 3 star, after leaving it alone for a few min, and writing my review, it finally let me create an account. We will see how it goes now.
