Worst setup ever! Cannot get the device to connect to wifi, QR code doesn't populate any fields, and you have to start from the beginning every time when it doesn't connect, meaning you're manually entering the data again and again. Tried using the the "Email Consumer Support" feature but it is "disabled for Beta". Terrible UI/UX. Wondering what else is not going to work on it.

Won't connect to wifi. I'm connected to the 2.4 wifi (I need this for another app too, so I'm familiar with that process). It'd on like it says it needs to be. Reset it.. I've followed the steps to a T. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps it said, it simply won't connect. I've been trying for a while now over and over with zero luck. I've even resorted to YouTube videos to see if anyone had tricks, but again it simply won't connect.

The app was fine until I started having issues with the mop not showing up cleaned rooms/areas. So I contacted support and they told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Worst idea ever not I can't reinstall the app at all. I keep getting an error message saying "Bissell keep stopping" So I restarted my phone and I noticed that the app is no longer installed. So I reinstall again and the same thing keeps happening over and over. I've left over a dozen feedbacks on this issue, still waiting.
