Had a great experience with them in 2021. Now, in 2024, it could not be worse! After 10 days, my PoF/PoW documents still have not been looked at. Every Single Action that I try to take, gets immediately blocked and held for MANUAL review. Wich takes up to a day. I've communicated with support (3 separate issues/tickets in about one week). I've re-verified my account. I've talked to humans. STILL they think I'm a scammer (trying to scam myself?), and are blockin every action and transaction.
