Ratings and reviews

I've been using for awhile now. Lots of the times my transactions don't go trought giving 504 error code. In the past had issues with gift cards too... the support is terrible, once I opened a ticket and it took a week to hear back from their support... their site has a status that shows the state of their service and it is always showing no issues but doesn't reflect the actual status. I tried different os to make sure it is not my phone, pc, internet... I suggest you look for another option..

Cannot send funds from bitpay to electrum wallet. There is no error message at all, I even checked in the log file and could not find anything. I tried adding the address manually and scanning the QR code, it made no difference, and there is no way to troubleshoot without an error message describing the problem. This only happens for addresses generated by electrum.

The wallet itself is simple and laid out well enough, but a few technical things will end up costing you money. The Bitcoin address type used in this wallet is outdated and as a result will incur higher transaction fees. Furthermore, the fee estimation in this wallet is excessively high. You could manually set your fee lower, but if you guess TOO low you'll get your transaction stuck for days because they have not implemented basic features like fee bumping and cancellation.
