Well, I wasted 1 hour trying to verify my ID and each time I got the error " ID verification failed, your documents cannot be recognized". Each time, I will successfully upload the front and back of my ID card and successfully take a selfie, but each time it failed. I give it 1 star became it is really frustrating. I send a email to their support and if they managed to resolve the issue, i might leave a good review.

I almost didn’t open an account after reading some of the reviews here, but my experience has been very different. The onboarding was quick, the app is very clean, and transfers have gone through without any issues. Customer support has also been very responsive when I reached out. Because of that, I’m honestly a bit confused by how many negative experiences I’m seeing. So far, everything has worked smoothly for me.

tried to take a picture of my passport but the app has too narrow outlines, even with the autocapture off, it wont accept my picture. i wasted 30 minutes of my life. but maybe this is a good thing, reading all those 1 star reviews. go fix the basics before offering financial services, you amateur hacks. uninstall.
