I really want to like this software but I can't get past the bugs and how poorly they designed the app. The videos and routes are excellent and well made but the software is terrible. I spent 30 minutes trying to get everything to work only to have it freeze right before the ride started. I had to go back to Zwift for my workout. I don't have the time to mess with it but hope they fix it because it looks great if it were to work!

I really wanted to like this app but it's unusable. I don't have an old phone at all and it runs Zwift fine. Fulgaz constantly freezes (I used it for 2 hrs and it froze off and on a dozen times) and crashed entirely, totally losing any progress. It had froze on a bridge and was stuck on a high grade for the rest of the ride. I somehow completed the course and then it froze while I tried to upload the data. I'm super frustrated after using it.

The app hooked up to my stuff fine. Samsung tablet and Saris H3 and a heart rate monitor. The video was really nice. But, the app was useless. The resistance was totally random. Sometimes OK. Less than half the time. Other times going up hill I am in the highest gear with no resistance. Going down hill I could be in my smallest gear and barely able to pedal while standing. With no warning of changes in resistance and really large changes in resistance in short time periods there is no way to ride with this app. Really too bad because everything else about the app looked great. But, this problem makes it useless. I deleted my account after trying to ride a route for 10 minutes.
