One of the reasons I was so excited about the PRIV was that it has an 18MP lens, but this app makes that irrelevant - it doesn't matter how many MP the lens has if the app doesn't process it well. ** Delayed capture ** Very blurry images even though viewer seems clear ** Slow motion doesn't allow you to select which portion of the video you want slowed down ** This is the first camera I've ever seen that doesn't have mode categories for things like sport/action, night/low-light, etc. Such a waste of a good lens - the iPhone I have for work has a lens with less than half of the MPs that my personal phone has, but somehow the 5c image quality is better than the PRIV. Very disappointing. I'm currently looking for an ad-free app to take it's place. #MakeBlackberryGreatAgain
Horrible camera quality. With 21 MP camera on my phone I'd expect for it to be able to take decent to good quality photos in low light. Nowhere near comparable to the camera quality of the Samsung galaxy phones, even the older models have better quality. So disappointed in BlackBerry
Not bad After the update SD card was seen as Non 10 class. If you have such problem you have to clear camera cache and data or un install the update. Otherwise is not possible to capture movies in 1080
Improving every update It gets better every update but shooting a video still has sounds even if the option of no sound is selected. Also now has a limit depending on the class of the SD card. Understandable but i liked the 'limitless' options. No biggie though
I am really unhappy with it. My blackberry priv is supposed to have a 2 mp front camera (which is more than my iphone 5C). But the pictures appear dark and grainy (even in good lighting). Would be so great if the front camera produced clearer pictures. Also the app always detects my surrounding as low lighting, even when I am in good lighting! Please fix it... the camera is the only downside to my blackberry priv!
Terrible Last update makes images look super clear when taking them but blurry when viewing. Also, when holding focus to lock, it freezes and doesn't allow you to take a picture. Lastly, at times, the pictures comes out almost all white like it was taken with a light shining on the lens.
• Touch and hold to lock focus and exposure
• Faster shutter button response
• Faster HDR merging
• Usability enhancements and bug fixes
