Great way of cropping screenshots especially on Blackberry. It can be assigned to the Keyone's convenience key letting you to crop and highlight and remark anything on your screen. You can also select a default app to share easily once you finish your work with remarking. Cropping your screenshot and sharing it in one of your Evernote's shared notebooks are quite easy tasks. It's a good app fitting in Blackberry's syluslessness. (An old Note user here. ) :)
Trying very hard not to use expletives here. This app is EXTREMELY disappointing for the sole reason of how much power it consumes in the background. I used it only ONCE today to capture & send a screenshot - my battery was at 60% . Not more than 3 hours later my Battery is at 20%!! And my phone feels hot from the battery drain - absolutely ridiculous!! No reason consume so much in the background. Absolutely ridiculous. For that reference, that 40% that got drained could EASILY last me another 24 hours on my phone. I would not recommend using this app unless you want to force stop it every single time after you use it (trust me it will slip your mind most times).
Excellent app. Only issue: from gallery, some manually saved images don't show up in Notable image folder.
11 Nov. review: Notable has come a long way to becoming a convenient and quick way to edit and share screenshots and other image content. New: Cropping now properly works! Image editing is very versatile, and it has lots of overlay options: text, pictures, free-form drawing! On my BB KeyOne it even has the option to open automatically once a screenshot has been taken, welcome addition. Still not sure what the "edit screenshot immediately upon opening" does though... Turning that on/off doesn't change anything. And this version sometimes opens a second screen after cropping instead of continuing in the same view. Not sure if intended.... Would also like to see an option to "zoom" when editing for better details.
Doesn't save when hitting the check mark on top left. Only saves via settings. Also no silent button option with out shutting volume off on entire phone. Getting closer to a working product but not there yet
Thanks for importing the stickers from the PlayBook. Maybe I'm missing something but I wish the date stamp reflected the actual date. Hope to see more awesome BlackBerry limited apps.
