I like that all apps are now listed, with positive confirmation that previously non-listed apps contain no code to access personal information. I do not like that one of the most insidious potential violations of privacy is no longer even a consideration of yours--the camera. You no longer monitor the camera access?? Is Mr Chen cashing big checks from the NSA?? BAD!
Reactive and remove. Is there a way to deactivate and completely remove this from my phone. It is utterly useless and offers nothing value. If anything it is likely interfering with legitimate apps like Sales Force and preventing them from working properly.
Absolutely useless! DTEK is a passive reporting tool that doesn't provide the user with any privacy and security controls over and above bog stock Android. If BlackBerry were truly serious about privacy and security, DTEK would offer similar functionality to that found in Privacy Guard on CyanogenOS. We should be allowed the freedom to uninstall such useless bloatware.
Useless. Just change your smsc number and voila, you system is "compromised"
Always update is bugs fixing. No more options. So many bugs maybe application not actually protecting customers.
