My college uses blackboard, so I downloaded the app. From 9/16/23: Recently however, I had randomly log out of my account on the app. It tells me that my session has ended, but in the app never logged me out, except when my college makes the students change their password. IGNORE NEXT SENTENCE (I didn't realize this was under Bug fixes) As of 2/20/25, The app no longer redirects me to the app after I login into my blackboard account, and I am thinking about uninstalling the app.

After the latest updates, you require constant Web login, rather than adding a pass code or biometric verification. My update after another 6 months is that this app is a waste of time and only adds frustration to the college experience. It rarely works and always requires Web login and a duo security verification vice the app staying logged in, and the duo verification doesn't work on the school's wifi. Horribly useless at this point, easier to wait till I'm back at my computer.

When I try to look at my courses, it default to look at all of my courses, seeing as I am a senior, I either have to change the filter settings every time, or navigate through all my previous courses to find the one I am looking for. Not a great change, wasn't like this before.
