To use the Blackhawk Bank Mobile Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Blackhawk Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

I hate that app will leave things pending for a few days before they clear. Unfortunately, a few days later those same transactions will pop up as pending again. This means balance showing jumps up and down. No rhyme or reason to it. Right now showing an internal transfer I made between my two accounts that was showing cleared is now showing pending again and balances showing are again adjusted. No way can you trust the app.

Very SLOW. This app takes way too long to update accounts. Sometimes it can take up to 1 minute and longer to get account information. I've been using this app for years now, and it's always been like this. Sometimes it won't update the accounts at all, and just sits there waiting for the server to send back the data. On the other hand, our credit union's app loads everything instantly and has always worked flawlessly. Why does it take so long for this thing to receive account data???
