Ratings and reviews

Reviewing both app and service. I've used the service dozens of times over the past couple years, for airport pickups domestically and internationally. I love the total price transparency and no-nonsense booking. Pick-ups have been flawless even when my flights are delayed. App is clear and logical and actually easier than the website in some ways. Yes, the service is a bit pricey but worth it. Note: if you're booking for a third party, be sure and check that box!

Blacklane is a very good app. I've been using it before the Pandemic and even now. I've used them to book rides to the airport on several occasions and our chauffeurs are always on time, drive safely and are very professional. UBER can be a hit or miss and this service is not. It's constantly safe and secure everytime especially when you have a family with kids.

They used to be good... But the last two trips had significant problems. One was cancelled without advance notice. The second trip, the driver didn't wait the promised 60 minutes and would not answer calls or text messages. Won't be using them in the future .. not reliable enough to justify cost.
