So helpful. I like setting the timer and playing relaxing sounds until I fall asleep. It often gets stuck on the timer page though and doesn't let me back out of it. Great app apart from that anyways for those with anxiety stress, or those looking for a peaceful sleep aide. It works and has a nice variety of sounds.
Amazing I absolutely love how you can use the app for your own personal needs. It has a ton of soothing sounds as well as a mediation section. I have super bad anxiety, the first night I fell asleep listening to one of the sounds it offers and I actually slept for once! I highly recommend!
Thank you so much! I have Panic Disorder and have horrible attacks that come out of nowhere and lasted for hours. I have used the app with the "stop panic now" recording three days in a row. This has either stopped my attack or lessened the severity of it to a more manageable degree. If you have anxiety or panic of any kind this is well worth it. It's a life saver.
10 out of 10 app :) Perfect app!! Really helps my anxiety calm down right before a panic attack. Definatly would recommend to anyone who suffers anxiety and insomnia. The app also offers calming background sounds that help you get to sleep and relieve stress. Thankyou to the developers!
Really good! I used it during two kinds of panic : normal panic due to a situation of stress and just a bad panic attack! I was outside of any comfort zone as well (familiar house, room, etc). There are enough options to personalize it which is great for me! I bought it during a longstanding panic attack one day while out, though I was skeptical. I recommend this and I have a very intense panic response with sensations which are frightening. I look forward to using it more! Just be receptive when trying it.
