The free version of the app has in-App ads and is limited to 1 conducted meeting per week (there is no limit on the number of meetings you can schedule). The premium version of the app, which can be purchase via an in-App purchase removes the ads and removes the limits on conducted meetings. Also available in the premium version is back up of meetings just in case something goes wrong.
Keep track of meetings:
Use the app to schedule meetings, include information such as meeting title, meeting date, time, meeting location, invitees etc. The app will create a google calendar event for you, invite everyone you selected and also generate the calendar notifications and app notification to warn just before a meeting scheduled to start so you have time to prepare.
Also included is the ability to easily and quickly reschedule meetings and delete them from your calendar completely.
Without the Premium upgrade the app limits your conducted meetings to 1 per week. When you buy the Premium license there is no limit to the number of meetings you can conduct.
Just before a meeting starts record who has actually turned up, and record a chair person for the meeting.
Record meeting audio:
Record the entire meeting audio in a .mp4 format, so now even meetings that last for hours can be stored efficiently using minimal storage capacity. This functionality can be turned on and off if only written notes are required. Please note. by default auto record is turned on.
Take meeting minutes:
The entire app has evolved around the idea that there is no easy cross platform solution to generate and take meeting minutes easily. With just a simple button press you can create numbered minutes which can be exported from the app via email. Using the in-app features you can also make the audio skip to the minute and listen to what was talked about when the minute was taken.
Record Action Items:
During meetings record action items and assign them to attendees, with a due date and time, a calendar entry is created for each item and you are given notifications when the action item is due to remind you to follow up on it.
Meeting outcomes and decisions are an important part of any meeting, with just the press of one button you can add decisions to the meeting and later on listen to the audio of what was talked about when the decision was made.
When inviting people to a meeting, if someone is not in your phone contacts, it is possible to add them via our inbuilt add contacts screen, including assigning a Mobile phone number, an email address and a contact photo. These contacts will be added to your phone contacts by default, future versions of the app will allow for contacts to be added directly to google contacts.
Meeting Backup (Premium only):
Via the settings menu you can backup and import meetings in case you find the need to switch phones or move to a tablet or for any other reason.
