Great start I was surprised as this is the first decent widget for reddit yet. It is a solid beginning but needs some features to make it amazing. Endless scroll or a next page butron at the bottom is necessary. The links should also display what subreddit I'm headed to before I even click a link. As a bug when I set it to ask link or comment and the popup window after I clicked on a link comes up asking me to choose can't be backed out of. Pictures should be links, text should lead to comments.
Potential greatness. I'd really love to use Redditastic, especially in conjunction with my favorite Reddit app. Unfortunately, after a bit of research, it looks like users of HTC Sense 4 (EVO, One X, etc) are not able to choose which app Redditastic opens. We only have a choice of browsers for all web URLs. (This is due to HTC's App Associations changes in Sense 4, required thanks to a lawsuit. For more info, see: htclinkifydispatcher.) I hope Redditastic is updated with an option to explicitly choose which Reddit app to open.
Not bad, but no longer able to login to my reddit account. I know this issue has already been fixed once, and for a while everything worked without a hitch. But it seems this issue needs fixing again.
Does a good job of what it says Pretty much the gist of it. It does what it says it'll do except there is no dark theme at all. There is a light theme but the "dark" theme is broken and is instead 100% transparent. Please properly implement a dark theme. Will be a 5/5 if so.
more customization please could you add the name of the subreddit in the list? would be very useful for users who read the reddit frontpage on the widget. without this its hard to say if it's a post from jokes, news, or wtf etc. maybe the user wouldn't even bother clicking it if it's in "wtf" but would do so if it's in "world news". name of the post is not enough if your displaying the reddit frontpage.
Nice widget Flow support for links would be great. More customization on widget appearance would be nice as well. It is a nice widget but I won't use it because I can see my live wallpaper through the transparent widget and it makes reading the topics a bit annoying.
* Fixed bug related to maintaining login and showing your personal front page. You'll need to re-login to fully fix. Apologies for the inconvenience.
* Widget can now be added to the lock screen in Android 4.2
* Added automatic refresh. Defaults to every 24 hours - can be changed or disabled in main settings.
