Truly awful app. I have a Sony Xperia Premium XZ which is excellent when streaming and have extremely fast broadband. Downloaded some films using bluray codes via ultraviolet and given the option of either saving to Flixster or TalkTalk app. Everything in Flixster fine, nothing in TT would even start. Immediately force stopped. Terrible support advising that it was a broadband speed issue which is clearly not the case. Do not bother using this at all.
Reported that this doesn't work with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 several weeks ago, but they've still not done anything about it. As soon as you try to load a film or TV show to watch it just crashes. Also, why are we being asked to pay for programmes when they are included in my subscription via my set top box, though? If I have a TalkTalk subscription I should be able to watch this inclusive content without having to pay again.
I like the idea this about it I used this to download films to my tablet for when my daughter was in hospital. Every time I tried it kept saying download failed! Luckily the hospital had free wifi only to have the app/film restart my tablet every 10 mins when watching the film! Not impressed
The app won't cast because it says we are offline. We are not. App fully updated. Not impressed that a lot of my films are "unavailable" due to being Wb films. Sort it out please. Same problems, 2017 now. It would help if you got a PS4 , and Sony Android TV app .
DO NOT BUY FILMS OR TV SHOWS FROM TALKTALK. THEY HAVE EMAILED ME INFORMING ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DELETE A TV SHOW I BOUGHT TWO YEARS AGO FROM THEM, TO FREE UP SPACE. THEY HAVE CREDITED BACK THE AMOUNT BUT YOU DO NOT PERMANENTLY OWN THE FILMS AND TV SHOWS YOU BUY. ALSO, YOU CANT NEGOTIATE TO GET IT BACK.
Just awful. You have to buy everything. Doesn't let you take advantage of anything in your talk talk subscription. Basically they just want you to spend more. USELESS so I uninstalled.
Updating to our shiny new logo. You can still do all the things you love and your digital library will stay the same. So go find a movie or show and let us entertain you in exactly the same way you’re used to. Enjoy.
