I rely on this app/service as my main camera when my baby sleeps. The picture is pretty good, but the app's reliability isn't quite as great. I seem to get a lot of "loading" screens, during which time I'm not getting a video or audio feed. Overall, the whole set-up is a great deal. I wish the app was a bit more consistent with staying connected, but it still serves its purpose well.
Two way Communication for this completely sucks. You push a button to talk but you can't here the person on the other end unless you push it again. It needs to be fluent. Not push to talk and push to listen. This is a problem bc there is a big delay after I push the button to get a reply. It makes the two way communication terrible bc most the time if the person on the receiving end replies you don't hear them bc it didn't switch over fast enough. PLEASE CHANGE HOW THIS FEATURE WORKS!
Hubble app and monitor is the worst I've ever seen or used! Constantly freezes, takes forever to open a new screen, always kicking me out and have to sign in everytime to check on kids. Yeah, I said kids, this isn't some stupid Facebook video I'm watching, I'm trying to speak to, check on, and comfort my children who are learning to sleep on their own. The feedback on the blurry camera stream is also SO loud I can hardly even understand what my children are asking for. There are other problems I dont have time to type out. Biggest waste ever and I can't afford a second new camera system so I'm stuck with this
I had some problems with this not working on my Samsung note. Oliver helped and now i can see the videos i recorded. He even helped with finding a way for my mom who doesn't have the app to see the videos. There is a small delay, but its to be expected when this camera is connecting thru cell service towers to my home wifi.
I'm able to watch the camera feed live and it works with my hotspot on my phone without using tons of data or taking forever to connect. Actually caught a crime in action and the police were able to watch the video and charge the guy with a heavier crime. I hated my canary. It was useless love Hubble's app and recommend it highly
Since the latest update the camera will not work. I have uninstalled the app. I have deleted the camera, it works fine as long as the app is open. This didnt happen before. I would get automatic pitures take every time. I am highly disappointed with the latest update. Chris Update on the camera. I had installed a new wireless router and the app was having problems but it sorted it's self out. Thanks Oliver for contacting me.
