App crashes often. Why do I need to sign into a separate web browser to access my account information when trying to do it on the app??? Also there was a time when you couldn't access the app or their website for over a week. Thus I couldn't downgrade or cancel my membership. Worse, you cannot remove your debit/credit card info from your profile... All in all, I feel this app has already leaked my sensitive data/info, if not soon, as it seems very insecure and poorly made in critical areas.

This app is a scam ... I wanted to cancel my membership before they charged me and they have no way of cancelling. The app has no phone number or any way to cancel directly. I emailed them through their "feedback" link and it came back as a "server error, no recipient found". I'll have to call my credit card and have them blocked since I can't reach them...Shady tactics indeed.

App itself is basic. Once you sign up for monthly, rarely did I ever need to revisit app. Only reason to open up the app afterwards was to cancel as I was moving into an area 15 miles away from the closest Bliss. Cancellation was easy on the app and received a confirmation email.
