Latest update seems like anyone can attach a debugger to it in Eclipse and get hprof dumps. Class names are not obfuscated. Minor security flaw potentially. Will look deeper into it before they update

Works like a charm I was having a problem with syncing it with my new s5. To get to setting you just have to hold the task manager button. After finding out how to do that the app does exactly what is supposed to do.

Doesn't even work. Everyobe I try to login, it will say invalid information. Complete bs. I spent 2 hours taking it off and putting in a new code to see if it works and nothing. Customer service doesn't even help saying it should work even after follow their steps but doesnt.

Galaxy S5 I've used this app since it came out. It's been great till I got the S5. Now I can't restore my code because there is no option menu button on the screen. Can you please add it so people like me can restore our code.

Soft Menu Button The Samsung Galaxy S5 doesnt have a hardware menu button anymore as the latest editions of android have soft menu buttons. Does the authenticator have this option? I can't seem to access the Setup option.

Works good so far You do have to visit the battle. net site to add authenticators to your account. After getting my account hacked twice in two weeks, I'm hoping for some security. I do wish there was a dash dividing the eight digits in half. For the fees we pay, we deserve that much. The hacking better stop.

Great app Used this app since it came out, wouldnt be without it now! Finding the restore option on the s5 was a pain (press and hold home key) but once found that i was easily able to move it to my new phone ;)

Perfect app App works just like it says. I have had my phone destroyed and blizz was able to take it off and put it back on. Always keep a hard copy of ur serial # of one of our exp..helps a lot! And make sure u register it to ur account before using it..

Can't restore account Replaced my broken Note 2 with a Galaxy S5, there is no physical menu button so I can't access the in-app settings to restore my old codes. And since the Note 2 is broken, I can't use it to generate a code for me to log in to my account to remove the old authenticator code. This app needs to be updated ASAP with a soft options menu.

'broken' widget Worked great before the last update, now you have to wait several seconds for the code to appear after tapping the widget, the expiration indicator is also gone now. Still works of course, but previous version of the widget was much better and hassle free, atm widget is basically useless. 5 stars if it's reverted back.

Hard to find settings on new Android devices I've used a mobile authenticator ever since my account got hacked a few years ago. I just got a new Samsung tablet and had difficulty accessing the settings due to the removal of the hardware "Menu" key. If you're having the same problem as me, try long-pressing the "task-manager" key... it should bring up an option to access the app settings!

Blizzard's Authenticator & Customer Database was hacked All the authenticator algorithms / tokens were compromised almost a year ago, + passwords, emails, etc were stolen (no joke, read up on it). Blizzard says they'll work on a Authenticator fix ASAP, and required updates will be issued... yet it STILL hasnt been updated, as Bliz does what it knows best, act like it never happened. What's the point in 2-Step Activation when your authenticator can (and previously was) hacked?

Maven Hex There is no setup/Menu button in order to sync your new phone to the game.. Can you say Lame Sauce... my old phone was a Nokia windows phone and it gave me the option to switch between old and new devices with the very first serial number given to me so it would sync easy without having to deal with blizzard. Sadly the Samsung G S5 does not have this handy option. so if you have updated your phone and still want to play wow. You have to call support (good luck getting through) or submitting a ticket... I don't want to have to use my old phone when I have a perfectly good new one that has the app yet doesn't work.. might be good as a new client but a hassle for the old ones.. =(

Been hacked not cool I had this on my WoW then turned it off with my subscription, cause rl got busy. My bud asked when I started to log again. I didn't. So too battlenet and see that I had credit for time on my subscription, then I logged and eveything was gone on all of my toons x( fml, called Blizz they fixed it all and told me that farmers will use stolen credit cards and reactivate accounts to exploit them, so another authenticator on. Cool now. Moral of story. Do Not Deactivate It. Ever! Even with a mouse or here or there

Great app. Could use some widget updates though. Love the app just wish the widget gave feedback that you pressed it and that it showed the current number even if there was a fraction of time left. Seems slow and unresponsive but really it is just waiting for a fresh number.

Works perfectly. The only drawback is that it's limited to one account, so if you have multiple accounts, you need multiple Android devices. For that, I deduct one star. If you only have one account, it's a 5-star app. NOTE: To avoid having to call Blizzard in case you reset your Android device, ***be sure you write down your SERIAL NUMBER and RESTORE CODE.*** (Keep them someplace like LastPass, Evernote, or other cloud-based location, so you can get access to them.)

A Free App For Added Security Can't Go Wrong! I read the bad reviews and I am baffled as I have never had an issue that couldn't be fixed. The complaints state you lose your account and can't log into the game if you lose your phone or switch phones. That is not true all it takes is a simple call to Blizzard (like I did) or don't be a goofball (like I was) and forget to write the restore code and serial number down. If you have those two items from the last phone you can restore your authenticator without having to call. This app has never let me down

Perfect, but one issue This app works perfectly and does everything it claims to. One issue, though, comes with removing it after formatting a phone or getting a new one. Even if one has SMS protection, it's hard to figure out just how to use said SMS to remove the authenticator conveniently. Even then, I'd much rather prefer to just reset the authenticator to a new code if I can, rather than having to remove then re-add it. Perhaps we could make new users more aware of this when downloading the app for the first time?

Appreciate the idea of the update, however the widget is tediously slow to the point where I've just removed it and replaces it with the app icon. Terrible battery drain Great security idea. However, even without using the widget apparently the app doesn't stop refreshing. After installing it I now lose 5% of my battery charge an hour even with the tablet sitting there with the screen off untouched.

Works but have one issue I have not had any problems with this app except for one thing. The font used for the codes makes it difficult to discern zero from O. This is only a problem with restore codes, which are alphanumerical. Please, either change the font, or avoid ambiguous characters in the restore code. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

Notsomuch on the droid 4 For some reason it locks up my phone really, really bad. Seems to overflow and runaway with as much RAM as it can get. Woke up to a completely locked up, unresponsive phone, starts happening as soon as the app is running. It sucks.

Nice until you lose access I don't know which ridiculous policies Blizzard follows, but it is impossible to get your account back once you lose access to the authenticator. First: you can't even create a ticket without an account. And once you manage to do so anyway, they ask you for a scan of an ID. And because you can't respond to that ticket, you have to create another one, just to find out that all of your three IDs are not 'nationally accepted' (not even an European passport). They don't even state why, and of course to ask you have to create a new ticket.

You can view all of your characters (along with their stats and equipment); use the Auction House; search for characters, items, and guilds; chat with your guild; and more, all from your Android mobile device.

* View all of your World of Warcraft characters, along with their stats, equipment, achievements, and more. Each character profile displays that character’s in-game 3D model complete with animations and backgrounds.
* Access key guild stats, your in-game calendar, and other informational and planning tools.
* Browse the full complement of items available in the game and use the talent calculator to decide the best spec for your character.

Remote Auction House
* Browse any Auction Houses your characters have access to and view the status of their current bids and auctions.
