It's fun and performs decently. The audio and visuals are good. The story and writing is decent for it taking place between D2 and D3. But the microtransactions are bad. The itemization is also deceptive. It's fun, but all that matters in PVE progression is Combat Rating. If you try content with a recommended CR higher than what you have, the game largely penalizes you for that. Doesn't matter if a player is skilled or has optimized stats. Very weird to have a system like that in a Diablo game.

good game when it actually works, this is the third time I had to do a full reinstall of the game. npcs that are required to progress the story are simply not there. I reinstalled again and it didn't fix the issue. this has been an ongoing known issue since I first started playing about 2 years back and probably well before. this is an issue that should have been addressed a long time ago. this feels like laziness on the side of the developers for not fixing this already.

This game is quite fun just wish it wasn't quite so grindy it's kinda hard 2 get certain items. I really don't enjoy having 2 farm. It would also b nice if there weren't ne events that require u 2 be playing @ certain times or on certain days. Not being able 2 do certain things & having limits on gems & crafting materials also kinda sux. That kinda makes it hard 2 improve ur toon. It's also kinda hard 2 complete the story quests as game keeps wanting u 2 do other things.
