I liked this app for the first couple of years but then my KYC still hasn't gotten verified, now I can't even log into the app. I just keep getting an error message. I have never misplaced my login info or passports. there's no one you can talk to about anything. I have emailed countless times the chat message board isn't helpful. This is very disappointing

The interface is clean and easy to use. That white paper? It's one of the rare ones that actually carries weight and makes sense long-term. Big moves are coming from this team, I can feel it. Personally, the Pi app has been excellent. I even ran a Pi node for a while. Over the past three years and three phones, I’ve had zero trouble moving my account. Yes, ads exist—but they can be shut off. You also don’t need to keep the app open; just start mining, then close it. I’ve seen a lot of griping.

For this app to actually work, you need the pi browser too. After a couple of years, I have been unable to install the pi browser. I have tried on two different seemingly compatible phones but it won't even let me download it. I've made space on my phone. I've tried reaching out for support and no one has gotten back to me. I am close to giving up on Pi. It would be really great if I actually got a response back and the pi team worked with me on this.
