The app is easy to you. Discounts apply automatically and you can send messages to them (I think 🤔). Customer service are always helpful and on the odd occasion I've had problems they've sorted them immediately. Flowers last well too and are beautifully packaged - which makes them feel extra special. My only request would be for the packaging to be more eco friendly, while it looks fab, there's too much of it. (It's not just bloom & wild, loads of firms over package). Overall B&W great.

Wonderful app, always have deals on as I get regular emails. Such a great variety of flowers. The delivery estimate is true to what they say and the most important one, the quality of them are amazing. Most bunches will last almost 2 weeks maybe even more. I'm tempted to get the annual package where you get them all year round for a set discounted price. Definitely recommend.

The app is very easy to use, it has all of my account information which makes it very easy to order flowers. Any voucher codes I receive by email then pull through into the app which makes that even easier to use. I would say I use the app 80% of the time at least.
