Wow! Can it get any worst!!! Its an endless loop asks to input the account # then it tells me im already loged in... wtf!!! Its horrible....fix it!!!!! It used to work. C'mon! seriously!! is anything tested before it gets dumped on its users...the black banner flashes then the App dies ...already reinstalled twice...stop wasting are time...we pay good cash for the magazine...you either have an app or you don't!!
This app is horrible. You can only read a certain number of articles a month, which is fine. But when you are navigating the app it reads scrolling as interest in an article and clicks through, bringing you to articles that aren't of interest at all and using up your monthly limit. I love the magazine so I tried to subscribe online and the website wouldn't work. Brutal.
New app is absolutely horrible. For last three weeks since I updated all I see is the black screen powered by Maz. I can see lots of other subscribers are facing same issue. Strange why BW can't rollback to earlier version til they fix this black useless screen. I am about to cancel my subscription..
Said subscription expired but my print label says I am good through December. Emailed Customer Service. A week later I get a canned response. Now says there is an issue with my email address. Unusable. I don't carry my print edition but I do carry my phone. Now reading other sources since I can't read Business Week.
I have not been able to open the app for 2 issues already. At first, I thought it was my own device's problem until I see all the 1 star reviews for this horrible update. I am planning to cancel the subscription.
MAZ needs to be fired. The previous version was great. As paying subscribers we shouldn't have issues like this for over a month. The app does not work at all! Just a black screen.
