Ratings and reviews

Absolutely love the shop & the selection, but this app is terrible. Constantly freezes & crashes on Android. Don't let that stop you from ordering online or in store, because Bloom has a great selection. Also, points can only be used on merchandise, not any actual THC products which is absurd with how high prices are.

The app never works for me. The 1x I've been able to get the app to work, I had to uninstall the app then re installed it shortly after. The next time I tried using the app I had the same problem but didnt go through the hassel. I personally just use the internet now to put in an order with the store or check inventory for products.

Can't sign in. The app is good only for points. If it didn't have points it would be deleted in a heartbeat. Phone space only holds so much. Do better bloom with your app.
