the app is very easy to use for a 74yr old man. Best I have ever used

they will take all the money out, all day long when the app is having issues, it never has any problem with that. but I got venmoed yesterday, and its still nowhere to be found and I have like 12 pending transactions from places that are always instant. im fed up with this absolutely poorly ran bank.
