Love the service, but the new app goes back to the home screen after leaving for some time. This is frustrating when I switched away from the app to get videos from the otoscope, and then had to fill all the information in from the beginning. The old app didn't do this. Also, you should be able to label uploaded photos/videos for visits so that the doctor can identify them

I think the app works really well and this is an amazing service for anyone who has kids. I love being able to get my child diagnosed and a prescription sent to our pharmacy without having to wait days for a doctor's appointment. The Blueberry doctors used to be very friendly but I've noticed they seem to talk down to the parent now and are trying to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. That is the only disappointing aspect.
