Tides don't always work. App was way faster and better before update to 2.0
Update Made App Worst After the last update i purchased the pro version without the ads and won't accept my updated version and goes back to old version and continues to ask me to pay for the pro version i left e-mail for developer no response no refunds and no fix insight.
New Update Newest update made this app awful. It used to be very useful, but now it's buggy and difficult to use. Station markers in areas are located in top of each other which makes them difficult to select. Also, there are a bunch of stations that just record precipitation, but they always just say "no precipitation", even when it's raining.
Doesn't give me any area except Sandy Hook to Montauk. Other areas don't come up. Stuck on April 1st 2014
Terrible update The more I use this since the update, the less I like it. Considering uninstalling and going with web links to NOAA. What happened to ability to restrict the initial load of zones and stations to just my area? Terrible: loads the whole country while I wait, and uses more data. Also now requires extra click to get forecast, in order to bypass useless and inaccurate "minutecast". Sigh. Was a great app before this update, now just frustrating.
"MinuteCast" ruined the app Great app until version 2.0, when "MinuteCast by AccuWeather" became a feature . There is a toggle to disable MinuteCast, but you still have it shoved down your throat by product placement everytime you select a tide station because you are asked to select "Tides, or MinuteCast". An extra step with no benefit to me at all. I hate it when a product I paid for decides to sell out resulting in a product with reduced functionality. I'll be looking for an alternative app.
