So far, I have tried to get into two different virtual appointments and neither one worked. It just keeps spinning. My appointment with my doctor was canceled, and it would not let me reschedule with him. It says I have a message, and that I should go to the message center, but there is no message center. And there is no appointment calendar so that I can clearly see what day and time my appointments are. The old virtual care app was WAY better.

I've been trying to get connected for a virtual care visit for most of the morning. Despite claiming that there are multiple doctors available, I am unable to get past the waiting room of a visit. The page claims "your visit will start shortly" and "you're next, we're waiting for the doctor to connect with you", and I've sat waiting at that page for 5, 10, 30, and 45 minutes over multiple sessions. Either your software is trash or you're willfully misleading customers. Fix it.
